Due to Niche Mortgage Packagers expansion we are now looking to extend our BDM’s in the following areas:


Central
North East
North West
South East
South West
Wales & West
Northern Ireland

The ideal candidates will be accountable for implementation and delivery of Commercial & Residential Mortgage sales strategy within Regional sales area.

Be responsible for delivery of all new mortgages sales and development of Customer relationships within the target area

BDM’s to ensure that the quality of new business application presentations are in line with that required to deliver the business achieving revenue targets and maintaining highest reputation for service quality.

Candidates should have experience in a similar role within the residential / commercial mortgage sector with proven track record have excellent customer service, communications skills
